It is Halloween night here in Las Vegas and we are finishing off the last of today’s podcast. We had the privilege to conduct podcasts with Subaru, Cobb and Cusco, which you will see in the following posts.
SEMA is the world’s largest trade show (3 Million Square Feet of Exhibit space all sold out!) We knew that before we got here, but we thought, how big could it be? Well, the answer is; take however big you think it is, and double it, and then double it again.... and that’s about half the show. To give you an idea, Brian took about 370 pictures, and this is just day one. We have put those up for you to look at, and we will have the first round of our podcast’s up as well. We had the privilege to interview Scott Brood from Cobb Tuning, Garrick Goh from Subaru Performance Tuning, and Kirk Swensen from Nukabe Automotive. Check out the posts and the pictures, and be sure to check back tomorrow, because this is just the beginning…
These are some pictures from when we attended SEMA in 2003.

This year we will have more pictures, as well as constant updates from inside via podcasts.
We are excited to bring you as close as possible to this exclusive event!
Check back for more!!
With the SEMA convention around the corner we have begun to
cover our thoughts with our first audio podcast. In our first podcast we cover
what you can expect from our visit to the SEMA convention. Check it out and let
us know what you think. –

If you love Elvis, you have Graceland. If you love Mountain Climbing, you have Mount Everest. If you are reading this, then most likely, you love cars. And if you love cars, then once a year, this time of year in fact, you have SEMA.
The Specialty Equipment Market Association Convention takes over Las Vegas one week each year, and car fanatics come from all around to catch a glimpse of the future. Chances are that any Tuner or Parts Manufacturer you can think of will be there. And they will be showing off and talking about the parts that you have been hearing whispers about on internet forums and at meets for the last 6 months.
Here’s the thing. Not everyone can get in. In fact, to gain access to this Automotive Nirvana, you have to be in the Auto Industry, so if you are just an enthusiast, you have to hang around outside and try to catch a glimpse, or stay at home and wait till you favorite magazine or TV show comes out with their coverage.
Well, not this year.
Okay, we can’t get you in. Heck we feel pretty lucky just to go ourselves. But here is what we can do. We are going to take pictures and interview as many people as we can, and then post them here on this Blog so you can see and hear everything from an insiders point of view.
We don’t have anything to post yet because, well, it hasn’t happened yet, but start checking back here November 1st for an insiders view of everything that is SEMA. And if you have anything you want us to look for, or anyone you want us to talk to, post a response to this entry, and we will do our best to track them down.
